J.J. Micro can fix almost any PC problem via a secured remote connection to your PC. We can log in remotely with your permission and perform most of the same services we offer on-site. The only requirements are a high speed broadband internet connection and Windows XP or Mac OS X or above. |
We use the industry standard for remote repair, LogMeIn Rescue. This software allows us to connect to and control your PC remotely, transfer necessary software tools to your PC, reboot your PC remotely, and generally work autonomously without the need for you to sit and watch. LogMeIn Rescue doesn't allow any of your files to be uploaded from your PC. Our control of your PC only lasts as long as you allow it. When the remote session is over, we need your permission to take control of your PC in the future. Your personal data is safe and secure while we work and after we disconnect. |
